Main activities: • Development of wireframes and prototypes, heuristic analyses, MVPs, research project work involving user interviews, usability analyses, and project development for Desktop, Mobile, and App. Main projects and results: • Bank Custody project between Bradesco and AG2 Publicis Modem, enabling Bradesco clients to perform Bank Custody operations online, resulting in digital transformation and a significant reduction in operational costs in this area. • Redesign of Locaweb's institutional website, resulting in a more attractive site for service purchases, driving new sales, and providing a better experience for visitors. • Project for the Gogood app, a startup focused on human resources aimed at encouraging physical activities, which led to investments in the business. The startup was consolidated, received investments, and was accepted into two incubator programs, including one in Silicon Valley. In December 2022, it received significant funding and aims to compete with a major player in the Brazilian market. • Unimed Foundation for the company Saiba+, working on the comparative analysis of usability and content between Unimed's website and its competitors, with the goal of identifying improvements. • Vivo for Insitum’s Company, conducting investigative and confidential research where users evaluated the hypothesis of a new service, which was later implemented as iCloud. • FGV Portal and Ibeu website for People Interactive, working on the complete redesign of both sites, which required meetings with the client to gather requirements, and approval of UX and content. • Agribusiness app for Basf. UX work for an app dedicated to planting and harvesting, with tools for cultivation calculations and weather forecasts.

Main activities: • Responsible for project management involving external companies and consultants. • Preparation of documents for third-party company bids, meetings with stakeholders, validation of prototypes, layouts, and development deliverables, covering the entire project lifecycle, from company hiring to final delivery. Main projects and results: • Embraer Executive Jets - website development project for after-market clients in Executive Aviation. The project involved a comprehensive process from prospecting through development, delivery, and post-delivery of aircraft, enabling numerous process improvements. • FlyEmbraer Project - development of a new section on the website for the aircraft maintenance parts pool, offering more self-service options and a new parts tracking service. This resulted in improved user convenience and reduced operational costs for services previously handled through the call center. Managed all project stages, from planning to final delivery, ensuring the initiative's success.
