- Conception : Work in coordination with marketing and customer succes teams to identify the user needs and maximize the value of our solution. - Product : Transform ideas into new product in his MVP version. Track usage of these new features, their business impact and analyze usage data. Priorisation of product evolution in agreement with the head of product and technical constraints. - UX : As part of the UX team, I am in direct contact with our users. Lead user tests to understand how they react to new features or interact with the website / app. Growth opportunities thanks to their reaction or comment. Wireframing and prototype features to validate hypothesis. - Agility : Implementation of SCRUM with the dev team. Responsible of the dev backlog and their priority. Redaction of User Stories, keep and maintaining the backlog clean and readable - Monitoring KPI : Give recommandation according to the business impact of new features implemented. Use of AB Test to validate or test hypothesis.
