• Developed and maintained a component library, introducing a modular design system approach to boost developer and designer efficiency. • Updated legacy Webpack Vue2 SaaS B2B applications to Vue3 and Vite in 3 weeks (20k lines and 896 lines changed) which improved FCP by almost 50% and enabled us to sign new deals with partners. • Dockerized backend applications and migrated to Kubernetes to be able to handle hundreds of thousands of IoT devices. • Delivered a manufacturer/product/config management and creation system for charging stations and inventory management, which saved 150 hours a month to our operations team of 5. • Implemented Rest API endpoints and standardized them in order to be able to create a cohesion between design system, reusable hooks and backend.

• Built four real-time frontends, with a centralized administrative dashboard controlling all features. • Implemented an infinite scroll API and a frontend table in order to show hundreds of sport events. • Designed a queuing system to batch WebSocket-driven frontend state updates to optimize the frontend. • Developed a service structure utilizing the observer pattern to share class properties as states, fostering multi-dependant state management and enhanced code reusability. • Created a backend service to manage 3600 kiosks’ all around Germany. • Oversaw a team of five software engineers across all of these projects. • Interacted with clients and contributed insights to the application decision-making process. • Established and maintained continuous integration and development infrastructures for all projects.
