Seasonal rentals in Martinique have developed over the last few years, forcing actors to adapt to new reservation platforms (Airbnb, Booking) and information technology for tourism. Tourism actors with a mostly non-technophile profile see themselves losing market share or killing themselves because they don't master the new tools and methods to perpetuate their activity. To address these issues I developed a prototype Tchek IN that uses the technical fundamentals to grow its presence on the market (SEO, Multi Channel Manager, Revenue management) but also to ensure the operational part of a seasonal accommodation (cleaning, reception, customer service). This prototype has allowed to increase the occupancy rate by + 40%.
