• Reporting: producing weekly utilization and cash reports, and creation of a monthly dashboard, for the CEO and the VPs, • Analyze: KPI, DVI (delivery value improvement) twice per month, and P&L • Support Business on sales side: FMA (finance managing accountant), preparing budget, forecast and invoices and deal reviews.

Principal projects : • Cardif (BNP Paribas Group – insurance part): OPCVM and SICAV audit, confirmation of statistic indicators in the portfolio managers’s prospectus • Chartis (AIG Europe): IPO, setting up new processes for insurance policy payment and recovery systems about the contracts administered by the BCR (Bureau Central de Répartition) • SFEF (Société de Financement de l’Economie Française / French Financing Corporation): supervision of a project that refinances medium-term activities of credit institutions established in France • Boissière Finance (SCHNEIDER’s funds): investments and stock appreciation certification, promissory notes opening’s audit, examination of cash-pooling process • Astrium (EADS): capital assets audit, follow-up of M51 and Ariane 5 contracts, and the 2009 sales.
