Samadhi Sàrl is a House of High Living Writing & Narrative Intelligence Based in Luxembourg, Samadhi is a new-generation publishing and narrative research house dedicated to the evolution of language at the age of AI. We work with leaders, companies and creators who choose to write and speak from a place of consciousness. Our signature framework — The CEO Script — brings clarity, rhythm and impact to strategic communication through tools such as the Strategic Voice Audit (SVA), Branching Narrative (BN) and Narrative Signature Strategy (NSS). • Provided strategic advisory to executive teams and boards on cross-border investment structures and business transformation initiatives. • Oversaw communication and reporting deliverables for high-level clients, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact. • Led the Partner Working Group on Learning & Development, designing initiatives to enhance leadership, engagement, and internal communication. • Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to align strategy, talent, and operational execution in a fast-evolving environment.

• Established and led the cross-border Tax Administration department (Belgium–Luxembourg), ensuring alignment, expertise, and best-in-class service delivery across both entities. • Structured communication and coordination frameworks to strengthen collaboration between teams and enhance clarity in client deliverables. • Oversaw the full spectrum of international tax matters — FATCA/CRS, QI, double tax treaties, fund tax reporting, and regulatory updates — ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Partnered with internal and external stakeholders to design and launch new tax-related services and digital tools. • Led transformation initiatives focused on process efficiency, transparency, and team development.
