--- 2015 & 2016 : Project director for the UIMM account (UIMM is France's largest federation of employers, financing more than a hundred of training centers for employees and trainees in the industry) + direction of 15 projects over 2 years for a global budget of 1.5m€ + projects include bespoke LMS, serious games, e-learnings, teasers, consulting missions + subjects : lean management, management mindset, industrial plan reading, 3D printing technology, trainers' training + technologies : Unity, Flash, HTML5, real-time 3D, Moodle, Zspace --- 2007 to 2014 : several missions on more than 30 projects : + Solutions designer in the proposal team + Learning designer and knowledge manager for e-learning, blended trainings, mobile and serious games + Project manager + Customers : Airbus, Orange, Sanofi Pasteur, Nissan, Credit Agricole, etc.

After several months of preparation, I spend one week in a classroom of 9 years old kids in the Lycée Stendhal of Milan (Italy) to coach them in the making of a short movie. The resulting movie received the Special award for Fiction at the Cinesofia festival (http://cinesofia.primblog.fr//index.php?blogId=1464).

I worked with Laëtis to design user experiences and interfaces. The first project was a website presenting as an animated map, the water management in the Levezou territory for SIAEP (Aveyron, France). The second project was a tool for EDF, designed in collaboration with EAUCEA, which goal was to increase the performance of the collective management of the water resources in Midi Pyrénées (Toulouse, France).

I was in charge of the learning design of a building course for the Open Polytechnic in Wellington, NZ.

I worked in the e-learning team as learning designer and project manager. The main project I worked on, Te Tuhi-a-hiko, is a CD-ROM aimed at Maori children, to make them comprehend and learn the written form of Maori.

I was working in the Business Development unit of CWA New media (Wellington, NZ) to focus on new technologies and LMS R&D. I also worked as learning designer and project manager on several on-line training projects.
