Projects : NGO (Paris) - Odoo (formerly OpenERP) Position: Odoo Pre-Sales Analyst - Conducted business analysis to perform a detailed assessment of logistics processes within the organization, ranging from local units to headquarters worldwide ; - Designed solutions applicable in Odoo based on the analysis conducted ; - Managed projects by overseeing planning, budget monitoring, resource allocation, and presenting and justifying project results ; - Maintained strong customer relationships throughout the pre-sales process ; Public sector (Brussels) - Alfresco Position: Internal Project Manager - Implemented Alfresco as the internal Project Manager at Bruxelles Environnement ; - Conducted business analysis to identify requirements specific to the Inspectorat et sols pollués department and designed solutions applicable in Alfresco ; - Configured the Alfresco system, conducted testing, and provided end-user training ; - Managed the project, including budget and planning management, resource allocation, task management, and change management ; - Maintained customer and supplier relationships, overseeing the relationship with the service provider, monitoring time and budget, conducting negotiations, and justifying project progress to the customer (Bruxelles Environnement).

Implemented software: Syllabus Plus Enterprise Business Analysis - Designed processes by analyzing the existing processes (ASIS) and designing improved processes (TO BE) for time schedule and resources management using Aris - IDS Scheer ; - Configured and customized the software to meet the specific requirements of the institution, including supporting the design of the web display ; - Documented project details, including project documentation and user guides ; - Conducted end-user training and developed training materials. Project Management - Oversaw the project planning by conceptualizing and adapting the implementation plan ; - Managed tasks and distributed them within the project team ; - Allocated and managed project resources, including recruitment and supervision of additional resources, as well as coordination of external resources ; - Implemented change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the new software across the institution, providing end-user support during the transition from their former tools to the new software.
