Those solutions are available through a network of partner in 17 countries. My responsibilities: - Project management of technical documentation and training projects (in english, french and german) for SAP certified third party solutions for SAP data automation and tax data extraction. - Developing and implementing corporate communication, social media strategies to strengthen online reputation as certified SAP Software partner and promote certified SAP third party software - Management of social media and digital communities in the SAP partner ecosystem, blogs, tweets and other social media outlets. - Customer support and training by phone, mail and chat to international distributors and customers - Multilingual customer training support : creating training tools (Elearning and blended learning solutions) for training customers on new software releases and updates - Providing customer and marketing support to international distributors - Editing PR and marketing content (newsletters, fact sheets, business cases) to promote products, announcements and key deliverables
