Supported a D365 F&O program in structuring its delivery practices with Azure DevOps. Designed and configured Work Items, workflows, backlogs and boards, and structured the delivery lifecycle from business need and estimation through implementation, UAT and release. Supported teams in improving visibility, traceability and autonomy.

Supported an organizational transformation across Product, Development and Support teams. Assessed operating models and delivery processes, mapped end-to-end workflows, and identified bottlenecks, risks and dependencies.
