This experience allowed me to design a complete, high-performance web solution fully adaptable to the needs of an event organizer. I founded the company with four friends from 42 school at the beginning of 2023. 210 blocks is a web development agency based in Paris, Bordeaux and Bayonne. We mainly build websites but any IT needs is a challenge we are willing to face. Our two biggest projects: * The tourist website of the city of Tours. The complexity here was the huge amount of pages due to all the touristic objects. So we used gatsby to print the static pages in advance. So the end user have more fluid experience and way more secure. Both the website and the application were provided. We used NextJS for the website and React Native for the mobile application. The challenges were, on the private part: the complexe APIs with sensitive personal datas and the forms tree needed to collect them. All optimised with the layouts, the cache levels of NextJS and use of server components. Also a public part with a blog and its prebuilt static pages. The job was Growth/Marketing automation: * develop & maintain the slackbot that launches all ours homemade tools. * of course, develop & maintain all these tools. The colleagues could ask the *bot* to launch any tool at any moment. These tools automate the repetitive and sensitive tasks of the marketing / growth team, it concerns hundreds of ads, campaigns, bids, configs, ad content. * creation, update of the campaign configs * content upload * update of the bids * video tools using ffmpeg * data oriented tools to predict KPIs flow. An another hand, a second but not least mission of mine was to maintain the data pipes from their different sources to the dashboards. So the decisions can be taken wisely. It felt *great* to dev tools that make colleagues job more efficient hence they could focus on the creative part instead of the repetitive tasks.

The company provide a network connecting many electronic stock exchanges places via Radio signal as much as possible, fiber otherwise. So it is a massive & complex & sensitive infrastructure with many routers giving access to the outside world. The mission I was given was to build a tool to first, fetch and store the router datas as their state, up time & downtime in a time-series Database. Secondly, find a way to visualise the datas globally and report any anomalies. We fetch the data using SNMP, then we chose influxDB for the time-series Database, and Grafana for the Visualisation part. The latter provides a plugins catalog, We forked one who allows to print data on map rather than a graph. From it, we added some marker clustering feature and fancy lines to connect the dots which printed datas on well designed pop-ups. Job done! Great Internship Technically & Humanly

The company IT-CE is a stand alone IT center dedicated to one bank "Caisse d'epargne" which has a robust based on old technology critical transaction system. As a trainee for two whole years, I had various mission from a simple SQL select request which takes quiet some time in such environment to intern tool to automate repetitive task on Excel so I made homemade VBA program to make the magic happen. The most outstanding mission was first, I've been sent for several weeks to Paris, to be trained on Pacbase an overlay language for COBOL. One of the pioneer language in the science of IT. All maintain & developed by IBM, running ZOS system. Hence we used emulated terminals, all connected to one massive computer. There was no local space, to compile we had to push our request in a waiting list. I did participate to few purely management IT projects. great experience, full of knowledge and history
