As a key contributor to this French financial institution’s core systems modernization, I’ve designed specifications, overseen data analysis and designed compliant reporting. To date, we’ve migrated its Order Management and Electronic Management systems key to public asset management.

I led a Product Engineering team through a series of Agile sprints, continuous platform improvements and API builds that sustained user satisfaction across the US, EU and Dubai. I also drove a strategy generating business requirements and global compliance (FATCA, CRS, VOLCKER, MIDFID2, EMIR, DFA) while maintaining awareness of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA and CPPA).

I returned a derailed platform migration back on track by boosting IT team’s efficiency and built specifications for 100+ Business Analysis reports key to converting BNP Paribas Bank’s dedicated asset management solution.

I repaired a fractured vendor relationship as the chief point of contact between this global asset management firm’s portfolio management solution vendor and the COO – while also leading a portfolio system migration.   LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS:   -      Led system migration that reduced reporting queries from hours to minutes.   -      Reduced fund performance risk and improved calculation accuracy by introducing data benchmarking.

Stepping into the shoes of a recently departed Front Office CIO, I drove an organizational restructure yielding YOY employee retention and improved levels of applications support to Traders across 5 trading desks.   LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS:   -      Recruited, hired and trained team transformed from France-based to global (Paris, London, NYC, Hong Kong) that garnered a 20% efficiency increase.   -      Decreased incidents 40% by aligning IT support with product (trading desk) specialization – an organization first.   Reduced software development spend 20% by introducing business specifications for product builds, off-the-shelf customization and enhancements
