Client case Startup in AI & logistics Innovation (CII) Designed an original interactive content selection UX within a PDF from an IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) platform, which earned me my CII (Certificate of Innovative Initiative) Performance Implemented virtualized tables handling ~10,000 cells (@tanstack/virtual) with a stable 60 FPS render time. Reduced INP to <200ms, eliminating the scroll lag and jank reported by users Design System Built a library of ~25 reusable components (shadcn/ui, radix-ui, base-ui, floating-ui) adopted by the team. Reduced screen development time by 70%. Full documentation with stories, component anatomy, and examples (storybook) Product Redesigned the document extraction funnel, reducing average completion time from 10 min to 2 min (−80%). As a senior frontend developer, I took part in the team effort towards HappyPal's application evolution and feature development, an ESC SAAS platform - the future of employee advantages. I mainly brought my experience in accessibility to help the internal design system evolve, helped with radix-ui primitives. I mentored junior team members and took part to settling technical conventions for the frontend team, to help shape how we contribute and share our experiences, finally writing down best practices. I didn't succeed to convince my employer to follow me in my vanlife project. HappyPal ended our collaboration.

I joined Philippe in the Eid Lab adventure thanks to the friendship that grew between us after working together for the same employer. I had the opportunity to grow on end-to-end automation testing, securing the critical path of one of our clients' application, using Playwright. I took part in mentoring our apprentices daily, between 2 and 4 developers in my work span. I helped shape our technical best practices, sharing my insights on my fields of expertise, namely on React and Typescript. Due to financial issues, Philippe and I had to end our collaboration on a mutual agreement.

I joined Tekyn, a startup with impact working in the textile industry. I worked on their SaaS marketplace project, developed in React/Javascript. I had the opportunity to learn and grow on GraphQL and mentor more junior developers. Despite my contributions and recommendations, the DX was poor. I chose to leave the company, no longer aligned with its values. I left, with great memories about my closest teammates, yet.
