3 missions done for Rio Tinto, Alteo Alumina and GSK Vaccines in parallel with commercial, recruitment activities Rio Tinto : - Handle procurement activities for CAPEX projects in Europe and West Africa business area - Negotiate maintenance contracts for refractory works for 5 plants in France (5M€) - Conduct the procurement activities for the refurbishment of an anode furnace in France (30M€ project) Alteo Alumina : - Handle procurement activities for the filter press project (13 M€) - Conduct and participate to a task force to reduce the cost of the filter press project - Implement new contracts for general services due to leaving Rio Tinto scope GSK Vaccines : - Analyze a procurement category for Clinical&RD business - Prepare and launch an RFI for the category - Source new suppliers

- Manage general expenses and investments portfolio - Conduct procurement activities for a plant built in India - Conduct procurement activities for a business relocation (from France to Portugal)

- Manage the portfolio of Primary equipments (Centrifugation, Chromatography, Ultrafiltration, Homogenizers, Process Vessels, Fermentation) for all GSK Vx plants (Europe, North America, Asia) / 50M€ on 3 years basis. - Conduct procurement activities for the above categories (RFQ, contracts) for projects in Belgium, US, Singapore - Negotiate global agreements for my categories - Implement SRM program with key suppliers - Prepare and conduct trimestrial business review meetings - Define and implement RMAP (Risk Mitigation Action Plan) for the categories - Audit suppliers capabilities

2 main missions : Lanvin & Virbac Lanvin : - Define & implement a procurement strategy for men ready to wear categories - Define & implement a new contract for logistic&warehousing activities (from suppliers to central warehouse and central warehouse to customers : owned shops, duty-free shops, franchisees, general retails shops : Macy's, Galeries Lafayette) Virbac : - Create the procurement function for CAPEX activities (processes, dashboards, standard documents) - Conduct RFx for the projects managed (Freeze dryer, Engineering, Tablet Press, Blister machine,...)
