Research for CNRS and Ecole Polytechnique: CRISPR systems analyses in the Thermococcales (Hyperthermophilic Archaea). Published in RNA Biology (PMID: 23422322). Studied CRISPR Adaptation mechanisms (acquisition of inserts in genomic CRISPR loci) in Escherichia coli and Deinococcus radiodurans. Structural studies of the D. radiodurans DR1245 protein, which is similar to type III secretion system chaperons. Published in PLoS One (PMID: 23441204). Teaching for the Department of Biology of Ecole Polytechnique.

Studied DNA repair and single-stranded DNA binding proteins from Deinococcus radiodurans and Echerischia coli. Publications in Journal of Biological Chemistry (PMID: 19515845), DNA repair (PMID: 21968057), and Journal of Biological Chemistry (PMID: 22570477) Contributed to the analysis and annotation of the genomic DNA sequence of the halophilic archaeon Haloferax volcanii.
