Brought in as a sustainability lead consultant to support XPO’s CSRD compliance and strengthen carbon inventory and reporting foundations across Europe. Key responsibilities & achievements • Led XPO’s CSRD year-one preparation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, mapping ESRS disclosures, and outlining a sustainability reporting governance structure. • Delivered the full double materiality assessment, including impact, risk, and opportunity analysis, and facilitated internal consultations across business units. • Strengthened XPO’s GHG inventory (Scopes 1, 2, 3) in alignment with the GHG Protocol, improving methodologies, activity data collection processes, and emissions calculations. • Contributed to the sustainability report, drafting the double materiality section and supporting the Sustainability Director in reviewing additional disclosures for accuracy and clarity. • Enhanced auditability and data reliability, strengthening transparency and regulatory readiness.

Sustainability & Circularity Achievements • Integrated sustainability into retail operations: o Partnered with WWF & Singapore’s National Environment Agency to implement a plastic bag fee initiative, reducing single-use bag consumption by 40%. o Introduced a circular process for defective products, ensuring 100% repurposing through collaborations with NGOs and fashion design students. o Reduced stock residuals by 30% over three years through improved buying and replenishment processes, lowering waste and increasing efficiency. Operations & Leadership • Coordinated supply chain, operations, and compliance across Asia and Europe, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation. • Led and grew multi-country operations (Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, China), delivering +81% net sales growth in Year 1 and sustained growth in Years 2–3. • Accountable for budgets and reporting to HQ.
