TEAM LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY - Recruited and led a 3-person freelance team delivering a Vaadin Flow government project, from architecture to production. - Led a 9-person support team handling issue-ticket resolution for Covéa. - Ran team code reviews, delivery follow-up, and RFP responses. CONSULTING, TOOLING & TRAINING - Audited and advised contribution teams on CMS structure and content cohesion. - Built utility tools to extract content-usage statistics and data. - Trained and challenged business teams; provided ongoing technical support. - Maintained an Apache Karaf event-bus application for an insurance client. - Recruited and managed a team of 3 Freelancers in order to implement and put in production a project for a Danish governmental institution that helps in identifying parliament members voting and presence trends. - Stacks migration helper, Demos Planning. - Discussion with different solutions vendors. - Being part of a cross-functional team assessing ERP, DAM, and CMS solutions migration strategy for the entity. - AI team solutions enhancement including training members around using local and paid models, creating their own skills and workflows. 27 members in total were trained on how to make the most of their AI models and the reduce of token consumption. - Defined a plan on how to be conform to EU AI act.
