We remotely take part in the entire recruitment process in different departments.

Since 2016, Sourcing Unicorns has been a strategic recruitment partner in the Experiential sector, specializing in Executive, Strategic, Creative, and Technical talent. Operating remotely from Spain and Morocco, we recruit globally, covering a wide range of areas within the Experiential, Immersive, and Interactive installations industries, as well as Special Events, Themed Entertainment, Content & Video Game Production Industries. My role involves: •Sourcing talent globally (Europe, Canada, USA, Middle East) •Talent Mapping and conducting market research. •Managing full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. •Partnering with clients to define hiring strategies and business needs. •Process optimization through ATS (Lever, Recruitee, Cegid) and recruitment analytics.. •Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. •Monitoring market trends to anticipate hiring demands.

DIGICALL specializes in e-commerce, providing customer relationship management, sales, and multi-channel after-sales support. The company helps e-merchants and SMEs improve customer service, increase sales, and build loyalty through tailored solutions and professional support. •Developing and updating job descriptions. •Assisting in designing effective recruitment strategies. •Sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels. •Scheduling and coordinating interviews. •Tracking and analyzing recruitment performance metrics (KPIs). •Utilizing social media to engage and attract candidates. •Enhancing and optimizing recruitment processes.
