I first joined NTT DATA through a pre-hire internship, during which I designed and developed a recruitment web application integrating candidate tracking and HR data analytics modules. I also implemented an interactive dashboard to visualize key recruitment indicators, providing both summary and detailed insights for HR teams. Following the success of this internship, I was offered a full-time contract, where I continued to contribute to various projects within the company. Angular, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
