Acheteur Hors Production et CAPEX Portefeuille achats : - Frais généraux : facility management (maintenance, sécurité, nettoyage, gestion des déchets, espace verts, VMC, VGP...) - Informatique : équipements d'impressions - Laboratoire : consommables, équipements, analyses - Flotte automobile et utilitaires - Fournitures de bureaux CAPEX : équipements de production, équipements de manutention Projets : industrialisation du Site de Saint Vulbas, fermeture et ouverture de nouvelles plateformes logistique

Responsable des achats hors production propres au site : Achats généraux, facility management (nettoyage, gardiennage, tenues de travail,...), investissements sur site (équipements production et laboratoire), MRO, ... Missions : - Lancement et gestion d’appels d’offres (Sourcing, analyse, négociation, contractualisation) - Traiter les demandes d'achat saisies par les différents services. - Implantation, déploiement et pilotage en local de contrats corporate - Optimisation des stocks - Rationalisation du panel fournisseurs Autres missions : - Chef de projet implantation d'une gestion automatisée des approvisionnements (Vendor Management Inventory) pour consommables laboratoire - Implantation d'Ariba Outils : - SAP, Excel

Electrical material buyer (cables, cable trays, lamps, connectors,...) for building projects Main responsibilities : sourcing, bids, negociation, order management, quality compliance, supplier management,

Oil & gas buyer (in-shore industrial equipment : automatism, regulation, electrical materials, piping,...) Main responsibilites : Sourcing , RFQ, Negotiations (price, delivery time, payment terms,…), contract , placing orders and supplier management (delays, issues, performance), developing frame agreement for current commodities (ex : bearings and seals) Oil & Gas representative : developping commercial partnership with key account in Africa and Middle East (Algeria, Angola, Congo, Gabon, Dubaî)

Development of synergies within the international scope : - Development of a Global Purchasing Strategy within the cable (power, transmission, data,...) commodity : gathering data, purchase marketing (analysis of internal, exernal constraints ; market study ; identify levers) , on-site suppliers visits (Romania, Switzerland), standardisation of product, rationalization of the supplier panel, identifying new sources in Low-Cost countries. - Development of an integrated supplier evaluation tool (Excel) for the international scope

Participation in the Facility Management Outsourcing Project within an European scope Assisting Packaging Lead Buyer for corrugated packaging category : financial analysis, benchmarking, follow-up of suppliers, claims Assisting Source System Analyst : regular contact with IT Suppliers, claims

Summer Job : production operator (shift work) - Finishing (last step of the production cycle) : programming machines, loading machines with rolls and others materials components, quality control, packaging of rolls, inventory checking

Assistant of the executive accountant : - Making bank reconciliations, statement of VAT, updating balance account, reporting account issues. Thesis : "Impact of the IFRS/IAS standards within assets management"
