Banking Client: → Lazard Frères Banque • Assisted Lazard Bank in assessing its compliance framework with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act. • Conducted compliance testing covering a wide scope across all Group entities, including financial closing, financial reporting, taxes, client account management, and Back-Office, Middle-Office, and private banking operations.

Missions carried out: - Management of a diversified client portfolio (Retailmenot, University of Nantes, Eb Trans, Terra Lacta...) - Evaluation of internal control and procedures - Assessment of financial risks - Financial analysis and analytical review of financial statements - Audit of accounting (fixed assets, cash, receivables, payables)

- Analyze the performance and interpret the data taking into account different variables - Lead the sending of a weekly summary to the different actors of the performance of the channels - Improve and monitor the sales support tools: follow up on updates, question the pathway set up, improve the overall understanding of the proposed pathways - Control the promotion of services/options to our customers and advisors - Deepen our knowledge of our customers: profiles, behaviors, expectations of our customers in terms of audiovisual consumption, security, data consumption - Benchmark and competitive intelligence: services and content, performance, identification of market trends.

- Maintain market databases on Excel, and support the Business Group's data needs; participate in the global market database project. - Participate in qualitative research on the autonomous car sensor cleaning market. - Assist in coordinating technology intelligence between the various players: Benchmark, R&I, Business Intelligence, IP. - Support the development of innovative products and features through market and consumer research, using data and knowledge from R&D
