Project: Modernizing Data Infrastructure – Migration to a New Technical Stack Led the end-to-end migration from Talend to a modern data stack to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance. • Strategic Assessment & Planning: Conducted in-depth analysis of existing Talend workflows and designed a migration roadmap towards Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch, and Apache Airflow. • Data Architecture & Modeling: Built reusable, high-performance models in Snowflake and dbt, enabling a flexible, maintainable, and business-friendly data architecture. • Automation & Orchestration: Designed and orchestrated data workflows with Airflow, introducing proactive monitoring and optimized scheduling to ensure reliability at scale. • CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Contributed to the implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Jenkins, fostering agile and secure delivery practices. • Centralized Observability: Implemented log management solutions to monitor performance, detect anomalies, and provide actionable insights for post-migration analysis. • Data Collaboration: Enabled secure data sharing through Snowflake’s native capabilities, ensuring seamless and controlled access between TheFork and its partners. Project: Talend Data Flows – Maintenance, Development & Optimization Contributed to the industrialization and reliability of data pipelines, ensuring seamless synchronization across multiple systems and driving operational efficiency. • Proactive Maintenance: Continuous monitoring and optimization of existing data flows to ensure stability, data quality, and error-free operations. • Custom Development: Designed and implemented new Talend jobs to meet business needs, integrating data across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Performance & Reliability: Improved execution times and optimized memory usage, enhancing both speed and robustness of Talend jobs. • Log Management: Monitored and analyzed execution logs to quickly detect anomalies, generate clear reports, and provide stakeholders with full visibility. • Orchestration & Automation: Leveraged Talend Administration Center (TAC) to schedule and automate data flows, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring consistent execution.
