I worked on data analysis and automation projects supporting both investigative research and internal operations. Much of the work initially relied on manual, repetitive processes, so I took the initiative to design and build automation workflows on my own. By learning and implementing Microsoft Power Automate independently, I created solutions that connected Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Forms to streamline recurring data handling and communications. Alongside this, I cleaned, structured, and consolidated datasets from multiple sources to improve data accuracy and make reporting more reliable. I also documented the workflows and data logic so they could be understood, reused, and maintained by others over time.

Driving increased store sales through targeted audience strategies and implementing creative ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. Additionally, creating engaging content for various social media platforms, strategically planning postings with content calendars, and actively enhancing our online presence for greater visibility.

Collaborated with international organizations such as UN Women and ILO, contributing to various studies. My responsibilities included survey design, data analysis report creation, and the implementation of sampling strategies for large populations. Additionally, I worked on making charts and graphs to help communicate information easily to stakeholders.

As an operations manager at Excellence and Beyond Learning Center, I developed strategic partnerships, managed cash operations and accounting, and led the scheduling of students and tutors to maximize efficiency in space and time. My role also included creating and managing language programs and exam preparation workshops. Through my experience, I enhanced my leadership, organizational, and financial management skills, all of which contributed to a streamlined, client-focused operational environment.
