Led a portfolio of projects across key categories (skincare, suncare, makeup, fragrance) for the Group’s brands : - Collaborated cross-functionally with R&D and marketing to co-develop innovative product concepts and define active ingredient strategies aligned with briefs. - Designed and supervised clinical evaluation plans including : clinical, in vivo, in vitro, consumer, sensory, and emotional studies, in collaboration with external partners. - Acted as a key interface between R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to ensure strategic alignment and support claim substantiation and valorization. Managed clinical evaluation portfolios for Avène, A-Derma, and Ducray, focusing on new launches and relaunches for skin with dermatological conditions. Designed and supervised clinical plans including tolerance and efficacy studies, conducted internally or with external CROs, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance. Supported brand and medical teams in claim valorization.

Led an innovation project combining iontophoresis technology with targeted actives : - Managed active ingredient portfolios by developing and maintaining an internal active ingredient database. - Contributed to the formulation and reformulation of skincare and personal care products. - Conducted in vitro performance studies and developed an analytical method to quantify active ingredient penetration into the skin.

Participated in the development of a COSMOS Natural-certified skincare line tailored for the Chinese market : - Formulated and reformulated products according to client briefs, monitored stability and characterization tests, and compiled documentation for the Product Information File (PIF) to ensure product quality and compliance.
