Introduction
I am an AI Governance & Data Leader with 16+ years of international experience in data management, governance and large-scale transformation programs across regulated and complex environments (finance & retail). I support organizations in designing and operationalizing trusted, compliant and scalable Data & AI frameworks, bridging business, technology, risk and regulation to move from principles to real adoption. Most recently, as Lead Data Quality at Nike, I led the definition and deployment of Data Quality and governance standards across the Data & AI organization in EMEA. I designed scalable operating models (roles, processes, tools, KPIs), implemented automated monitoring dashboards, and supported adoption across data product teams. Previously, as Data Governance Officer at ING, I drove enterprise governance initiatives, contributed to BCBS 239 compliance, facilitated Data Councils, and worked closely with Data Owners, Stewards, Risk and Technology teams to embed governance into day-to-day operations. Earlier roles at BNP Paribas and in management consulting (France & Canada) strengthened my expertise in Data & AI program management, stakeholder engagement and transformation delivery. I am currently deepening my expertise in AI Governance and regulation through the certification program “AI: Law, Policy, and Governance” (LSE), with a strong focus on Responsible AI, AI risk management and regulatory alignment (AI Act).
