Protein-Peptide interactions Effect of mutations on protein fitness Active learning Predict protein properties including solubility, stability, fitness, toxicity, and allergenicity Prediction of protein pocket-ligand preferences

Applied different Machine Learning/ Deep Learning solutions for different projects in collaboration with many startups: - Created a Hardware and Software solution for palm veins recognition using Computer vision and Deep learning techniques - Created Recommender Systems for tourist attraction recommendations (Collaborative Filtering, Context based Filtering, Hybrid, Deep Neural Network Embedding) -Indoor Localization using DL: Implemented an android application and a deep learning model to estimate the position of a target using phone’s MEMS - Anomaly detection in time series data: Implemented an unsupervised Deep Learning model to detect anomalies in power consumption data -Person re-identification: Developed robust ML and DL technologies in order to identify a person across multiple views in multi-camera networks
