• Worked on a broad range of strategy assignments for leading Financial Services Institutions across EMEA and Americas. Key experiences incl. Organization Design, Operations Efficiency, Project management, Strategy Definition • Key responsibilities include: project team management (2-5 consultants/senior consultants), project execution (deadline management, workstream ownership and associated deliverables), client management (including senior stakeholders – ExCo level) • Select project experiences: ─ Target Operating Model definition/review: supported the IT & OPS department of a major European bank with their sourcing strategy (design of outsourcing operating model, business plan development, partner due diligence, contractual framework analysis) ─ Operational efficiency improvement: reviewed operational efficiency of the legal department for a European investment bank ─ Project management / PMO: As part of the ECB Asset Quality Review, supported a national regulator (PMO and Quality Assurance for the AQR) ─ Strategy definition: For a major European bank, defined the COO function strategy within the Compliance department, aligned with the department's global strategy formulation. Conducted key stakeholders interviews, diagnostic, recommendation formulation and implementation plan definition.
