– I joined the Data Office of AXA GIE as a senior manager to lead the Data Deletion project. – The objectives are implement deletion (automatic when possible) on personal data in information and launch mass deletion on unstructured data systems such as Outlook, SharePoint... – AXA GIE wants to comply with GDPR and better control its data assets.

April 2021 until July 2022: PMO Framing / Data Strategy – Project manager in charge of data monitoring in a regulatory framework for the ECB (creation of Dashboards, implementation of data management rules, management of flows between different group applications) – Framework leading to the creation of new APIs – Framework for the reconciliation of a business tool with the core banking system in order to improve accounting data

February 2020 until March 2021 - Solution Design - PMO initiative digitalization value chain CIB – Studies and solutions for additional modules for a business tool: (management of credit contract covenants, integration of a workflow management system) – Initialization of the onboarding project for new legal entities: implementation of governance, study and management of the project. February 2019 until February 2020 - Data Management: CIB credit chain digitization project – Framing and collection of the definition of business requirements for implementation in the application (business rules, data rules, work with UX/UI, developers, build) – Data manager: implementation of the data dictionary, the data entity rules model (IEM), the data life cycle and their mapping. February 2018 until January 2019: Finance Group BNP PARIBAS – CIB & Finance Group: data mapping between the old and the new accounting platform; reconciliations between the accounting part and performance management – BP2S: Improvement of the intragroup transaction monitoring systems to reduce the impact of exchange rates July 2017 until January 2018: BCBS 239 – credit risk / collateral risk (RaDar) – Audit of CIB credit contracts in order to assess all the guarantees and confirm the RWA (risk weight asset) carried by the bank. Management of the team in charge of Asset Shipping and reporting to the program management.

CIC-EST is one of the regional bank of the CIC Group which is one the bank of the Credit-Mutuel CIC banking group. Working at the liabilities departments, I was in charge to analyse the companies credit demands: activities, evolution of their financial situation, annual report analysis; financial analysis (consolidated financial statements and financial statements), debt analysis, financial ratios etc... Then, evaluate the risk handling by the bank according the demand and the global situation of the companies, forecast of the companies debt situation including a positive answer to their demand. The financial risk wasn't the only concern but the nature of the project was really important (what do they want to invest in, what purpose etc...). The evaluation of the Risk on the investment was a part of my responsibilities and the securities on the assets too. I was working closely with business account managers, the demands were coming from their clients. The companies could be small and medium size companies or international groups, without amount limits in the demands (billions sometimes). For the biggest demand, our analysis were sent to Paris to the head quarter of the bank, in the hand of the heads of the banking group.

– Responsible for incoming transfer (Account transfer listed and unlisted shares). – Overlooking all the shares operations, keeping constant communication with financial institutions and following transfers – Dealing with more complicated transfers (SLAB) and resolving internal problems throughout different departments of the company (especially for unlisted shares).

– In charge of the accessories department – Providing high quality customer service, including; managing customer portfolios, developing international customer loyalty relationships – Stock management – Trilingual communication (French, English and Spanish)

– Sales assistant and cashier. – High customer services.
