Key Responsibilities – Orchestration of product management activities for the launch of 2 new products (multi-million $ investment). – Owner of the relationship with the main pilot customer: Singapore Airlines – Remote coordination of 20 stakeholders in European headquarters – Analysis & Prioritisation of hundreds of requirements each year – Subject Matter Expert & Training owner for the release of new functionalities About my products: – Merchandising, a flexible solution for airlines to pilot their promotional campaigns – Shopping, a powerful engine capable of processing thousands of candidate travel solutions to return the most relevant ones – NDC, a brand-new set of APIs, disrupting a century-old commercial model

Key Responsibilities: – Subject matter expert: 400+ presentations with an audience of up to 50 people – Analysis & Prioritisation of hundreds of requirements each year, for a product that grew from thousands to millions of passengers a day – Built and rolled out 4 new product options from scratch (ideation, business case, promotion, upsell, etc.) – Support to sales & delivery activities for 15+ customers across Europe, Middle east and Africa – Created a product consulting offer from scratch – Led team process optimization & tool kit developments – Retention & upsell activities for key customers (incl. Korean Air & Singapore Airlines) About this product: Altéa departure control system is a solution to automate key airport processes, from check-in to departure
