Introduction
Je m'appelle Charlotte Goubin, 38 ans, bretonne d’origine et installée dans le Nord depuis plus de 10 ans. Dynamique et passionnée par l’humain, je suis animatrice d’événements, podcasteuse et fondatrice de Girls in Paillettes. Bilingue anglais/français, j’ai 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets internationaux, communication d’entreprise et achats durables. Depuis 2023, je me consacre à l’événementiel, la création de contenus inspirants et le podcast. Basée à Lille, j’organise des afterworks, talks et ateliers immersifs autour de l’inspiration féminine, la cohésion d’équipe et la marque employeur, tout en accompagnant les entreprises dans leurs projets de communication interne, RSE et engagement collaborateur. Avec mon podcast, j’ai interviewé plus de 100 femmes à travers la France, et je mets mon énergie à créer du lien, fédérer les communautés et valoriser les talents. Mon approche est joyeuse, inclusive et impactante. Engagée, créative et à l’écoute, je place l’humain et l’authenticité au cœur de chaque projet, qu’il s’agisse d’événements, de podcasts ou de formats sur-mesure pour les entreprises.
