Strategic and operational support at Air Liquide for the rollout of Google AI (Gemini) to 65,000 users. On assignment for Devoteam, my role was to ensure user adoption by mobilising all change management drivers in close collaboration with Google teams. - Organisation and facilitation of project monitoring (weekly meetings and cross-functional coordination with IT) - Preparation of briefing notes and strategic presentations for the Executive Committee - Design and rollout of a multi-level training programme on Gemini, as well as the creation of user guides and an FAQ - Facilitation of dedicated support sessions to assist employees and resolve their issues - Leading specific initiatives: organisation of a European Hackathon (400 Procurement participants) and R&D support (IP & Patent automation) - Structuring the ambassador programme: from identifying key profiles, to their onboarding, and upskilling via a dedicated training catalogue - Coordination of the ambassador community to encourage the sharing of best practices and provide support tailored to local specificities - Managing internal communications on the intranet: regular publications and creation of video tutorials - Launch and management of a "Prompt Contest" to stimulate engagement, increase the visibility of AI, and promote knowledge sharing

The Job Architecture project aims to transform the job evaluation method used for all the Company's executives (35,000 positions).
