•Monitored the metrics of customer experience (NPS, Contact per order, …) for the business in Germany and UK •Worked hand in hand with multiple stakeholders (supply chain, procurement, …) to improve the communication strategy around furniture delivery in the UK and Germany, seeking the display of delivery date instead of expedition date at client check-out •Initiated a set of initiatives to improve the customer satisfaction trough a deep analysis of operational components (cancellations, delays, return rate, ...) at the origin of negative customer experience

Selected, along with 15 other students, among more than 200 candidates from the top 5 French engineering and business schools, for a 4 days experience in New York City, to get the opportunity to place myself in the shoes of a consultant and discover the city through team activities. Through a real case study, I was able to work with teams to structure the problem in order to provide a sustainable and impactful solution for the client. •Worked hand in hand with supply chain managers from different group tanneries to monitor the production and the forecast of exotic leathers •Identified cost reduction opportunities for the internal logistics through contract negotiation, shipment delays reduction and transportation optimization

• Organize the student union campaign: recruit team members, negotiate partnerships to sponsor the campaign (15 K€), organize student events • Manage a team of 8 members: Collect and communicate the student’s feedback to the Direction of Studies and participate in the decision-making process to improve the teaching quality

WWOOF aims to provide volunteers with first-hand experience in organic and ecologically sound growing methods, to help the organic movement; and to let volunteers experience life in a rural setting • Spent 3 months in a farm in the Gers region (cereal production and bakery) to learn more about organic farming •Proposed quantitative solutions to improve the management of cereals production and sales flows of the farm bakery •Participated in the organization of the village cultural festival – taught a poem in Arabic to ~30 French-speaker villagers from different age categories as part of a singing performance
