Developed a Flutter mobile application for E-Parapheur, enhancing internal workflows, streamlining document management, enabling secure e-signatures and optimizing internal request processing. Developed the backend in PHP with microservices, integrating RESTful web services and MySQL, with secure authentication via JWT and OTP. Performed unit (PHPUnit) and functional testing (Postman), and created API documentation with Swagger, ensuring reliability and seamless team integration. Implemented designs according to Figma mockups, delivering a consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Developed an internal web-based CRM enabling agents to organize appointments, manage complaints, coordinate teams, and analyze activity performance via dashboards. Built the frontend with React.js and the backend with Java Spring Boot, using PostgreSQL to ensure reliable and efficient data flow. Performed functional testing and maintained code quality to guarantee module reliability, data consistency, and application scalability.

Redesigned and developed the internal website, modernizing the UI and simplifying user workflows to improve readability, usability, and operational efficiency. Implemented the application in full stack with the JavaScript framework Angular, HTML/CSS frontend and Java Spring Boot + MongoDB backend, ensuring dynamic and interactive features. Delivered a reliable data flow and seamless user experience, enabling agents to navigate tasks efficiently.
