The Market Risk & Balance Sheet Management project is part of the Market Information System evolution project plan 2019. As project manager, i am in charge of analyze business requirements, write functional specifications and propose solutions. Monitor the run and the change related to the central Data warehouse and regulatory constraints (IFRS9, FRR, MIFID2). Ensure that deliveries comply with the expressed requirements (test plan and acceptance test)

The Corp project aims to migrate all applications to a new Datacenter. CANDRIAM takes this occasion to redefine its entire information system. As test manager of this project, my role was to define with business owner of each application the macro-process and the process of the application, establish the test strategy based on major functionalities and critical points, write test book and test plan to guarantee the migration quality, manage testing team and assist the business UAT test.

Smart automation project is a mature technology capable of delivering significant benefits in a relatively short timeframe based on Robotics Process Automation. It aims to support central functions in their transformation process. As business analyst on the discovery phase, I schedule workshops with the Management (from the top management until the operational level) of each prioritized perimeters based on existing checklists.

The project BP2S Robotic aims to reduce Middle & Back Office workload and avoid manual risk processing of low added-value requests with automation of easy & standard requests. The automation of Employee Cockpit, focus Middle Office and Back Office teams on added-value tasks, by giving them refined IHM to capture relevant data, automating the time-consuming navigation and actions in SIEL with a virtual assistant (Robotics) and adding new services for employees (mash up…)

CARD project aims to implement a unique referential market data IT systems to gather, integrate, validate, and enrich data (prices, static data, corporate actions, securities and issues ratings, calendars) from upstream application (Reuters, Bloomberg...) and distribute them to downstream application (Kondor+, Murex and Calypso) to reduce the operational risk.

As part of Global One project team, my role is to participate to Pre-Study / Overall Design and Detailed functional Design of the new Allianz Business Solutions, to prepare overall design and detailed design documents for workshops, to organise and participate to client meeting and produce requirements for Heath and P&C insurance domain. to produce and valid the functional specification and inject all requirements in Quality Center.
