• Project Management on production and process improvement of the accounting department • Service Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of the monthly accounting closing and the accounting provider. • Project RPA (Robotic Process Automation) : Automation of the accounting closing and flowchart writing • Project Quality : implementation and monitoring of the project QRAP (Quick Response Action Plan) and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Check)

• Realization of Pitch, Teaser, Information Memorandum • Prospecting and Identification of potential buyers and sellers

• Checking the cash registers of the 114 branch stores: Follow-up and analysis of cash discrepancies and safe deposit • Creating tracking tables for ticket cancellations, withdrawals and cash drawers opening • Follow-up and verification of the monthly losses of each branch stores • Preparation and sending of performance reports (sales, average sales baskets …) according to the stores • Analysis of balance sheets and income statements of franchisees with preparation of the intermediate operating totals and calculation of sales ratios and financing capacity ratio • Cost analysis and study of Christmas and Easter items

Start ISC: Student association with social and humanitarian vocation through the material, financial, moral and artistic support to the youth - Organization and management of a competition (Start Talent) and different types of events related to dance, singing with young talents (eg: the final of Start Talent at the “Palais des Glaces” with an audience of 500 peoples - Candidate follow-up / Reception of the public / Setting up different scenes - Canvassing partnership for the association
