I was brought on board by the internal team to oversee the recruitment process and ensure the acquisition of highly skilled developers who aligned with both the required technological expertise and client specifications. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of analyzing monthly demand and supply trends, effectively communicating these insights to the sourcing team. Another integral aspect of my role involved hiring and mentoring four other colleagues in the position of Technical Specialist. Furthermore, I organized informative sessions on complex technical subjects, providing a platform to impart knowledge and foster a deeper understanding of intricate concepts
