IAC Partners is a strategy consulting firm where I participated in 2 strategy projects, 3 proposals and 2 internal initiatives. I conducted strategic studies and projects to improve the competitiveness of industrial players (energy & gas, nuclear, medical, consumer good and defense sectors) and I initiated internal development of the firm like the mentoring program.

In 2017, at the age of 17, my mother and I opened a restaurant of desserts called My'tellaria. With no experience at first we created everything on our own from designing the place, to the menu to creating the desserts, making a name for the brand... We actually have 5 branches in Lebanon and 1 in Côte d'Ivoire. This experience helped me acquire strategic skills and be passionate about strategy.

Noow is an application that allows users to discover new experiences available around them classified into different themes (food, activites, sports etc.) I participated to the beginning of the project with a team of 3. I was in charge of researching potential partnerships, synthetizing the data and deliver daily reports. I also participated building the strategy of the launching offer and the pitch.
