– I specialized in consulting on governance processes for government projects while leading a complex agile project at uCru. – This involved overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial specifications to successful rollout, focusing on payroll and billing systems. – My work contributed to streamlined operations and enhanced contractor management. – This was my first experience with agile development and using offshore teams.
