WMS Rollout - Leading Construction Materials Manufacturer • Led enterprise PMO activities for a $7M WMS transformation across 15 warehouses, including program governance, milestone tracking and executive reporting • Led logistics core model formalization and deployment replication, strengthening operational change management and international rollout capability • Drove rollout planning, site coordination and hypercare stabilization, diagnosing incidents disrupting order fulfilment with a 5-person IT task force and resolving ~80% of issues in half the expected time

– Co-Led the US$7MM deployment of a warehouse management system to manage the storage and delivery of building materials from 15 warehouses in France – Coordinated 3 country Project Managers to ensure the readiness of 6 sites for IT deployment in India, Morocco and Canada

Automotive Supply Chain Business Process Owner – French Car Manufacturer • Led Formalized and prioritized process change and system enhancement requests, translating business needs into functional specifications for IT, validating deliveries through testing, and managing bug fixes and system evolutions • Delivered training and on-site support to logistics and plant teams, coaching ~100 corporate logisticians and warehouse teams across 40 manufacturing plants on supply chain processes and IT tools
