Management of CAPEX projects and new works for a cGMP pharmaceutical site in Marseille producing compounds chemicals and excipients for the manufacture of drugs and food supplements.

In this role, I performed a technical feasibility assessment for a project with the goal of setting up a cutting-edge cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the lively city of Marseille, France. Key Highlights: • Carried out market study and developed a business plan, €8M (Capex €3.4M, Opex €2.6M, Share capital €2M). • Managed an 8-month assignment dedicated to ensuring the viability of the proposed venture. • Designed and optimised critical processes to ensure efficient and compliant production of pharmaceuticals.

In this position, I took on the global management responsibilities for the Savigny-Le-Temple (77716) manufacturing facility, specializing in the production of cosmetic products for well-known French and international brands. Key Highlights: • Spearheaded a high-impact 3-month mission to enhance facility operations and catapult global cosmetics market presence. • Delivered an impressive 10%+ revenue surge by executing operational enhancements and market strategies.

I oversaw the production of a diverse range of beverages, including Hinano, Heineken, soft drinks, Orangina, Schweppes, Coca-Cola, and mineral waters. I served as a vital member of the Executive Committee, assuming responsibility for the management of the Punaruu production plant and its various operational departments, including Projects, Technical, Production, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and General Services. I also supervised the "Eau Royale" mineral water production facility. Key Highlights: • Led a workforce of 180 employees, which included six executive-level team members. • Delivered top-tier HSQE support, upholding rigorous quality and safety standards for key partners and auditors like Coca-Cola, Heineken, Orangina, Schweppes, and ISO 9001 & FSSC22000 certifications. • Secured an unbeatable track record of zero stock shortages, supercharging supply chain efficiency to perfection.

I spearheaded the development and packaging of seafood products at the Vitrolles production facility, overseeing a workforce ranging from 40 to 100 employees. I managed all aspects of site operations and coordinated activities related to the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CHSCT). My responsibilities included maintaining strict compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) regulations, managing external service providers, analyzing KPIs, and handling the budget. Key Highlights: • Achieved a notable 11% increase in the volume of products sold during the 2016 Christmas season in comparison to the previous year, marking a significant milestone in enhancing production and revenue. • Secured critical certifications (ASC/MSC and IFS) in September 2017, affirming our unwavering commitment to industry-leading standards and top-tier quality.

I led the operations of three separate manufacturing facilities, ensuring their efficient functioning and optimization. I provided direct oversight and leadership to a team of ten executives, fostering collaboration and achieving organizational goals. Additionally, I managed and coordinated various key functions, including technical activities, production processes, logistics operations, and Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) initiatives. Key Highlights: • Managed external service providers, ensuring seamless integration of their services and maintaining high standards. • Conducted in-depth analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic enhancements. • Masterminded budget allocations, optimising resource utilisation and financial efficiency.

In this capacity, I was responsible to direct the production of potable water through the process of seawater desalination utilising reverse osmosis technology. Key Highlights: • Commanded technical operations, guided 25 dedicated employees, and orchestrated seamless maintenance and new initiatives. • Successfully addressed and resolved 98% of malfunctions and technical challenges that arose since the initial construction of the facility.

I directed the manufacturing processes for a diverse range of mineral water products, including still, sparkling, and flavored varieties, packaged in both PET bottles and cans. I also assumed responsibility for the Kairouan production facility, ensuring the smooth operation and effective management of a substantial workforce. Key Highlights: • Provided direct supervision to a team of 450 employees, which included six top-level executives, to ensure productive and cohesive operations. • Notably, upheld the site's human, material, and operational integrity at 100%, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in maintaining operational consistency during the challenging period of the Arab Spring events.
