⭐ "WORK THAT MATTERS FOR PEOPLE WHO CARE" (Thanks Seth Godin!) 💡 Facing a transformation to lead, growth to structure, or excellence to uphold? My explorer’s audacity, analyst’s rigor, and artisan’s soul create a unique alchemy that thrives on complex, innovative, or atypical projects. My talent? Piecing the puzzle together—finance, marketing, sales, and tech—into a cohesive, aesthetic, profitable, and sustainable whole. My method: Streamlining the 80% of "invisible" operations to unlock the 20% of high-value strategy—where your future is built. My motivation? Enhancing both lives and bottom lines. Concretely, I step in as: 🚁 STRATEGIC RIGHT HAND & FIXER (Interim Mgr | Chief of Staff | Expedition Leader) I take over mid-flight or support you through turbulence. My priority? Securing operations, establishing a flight plan, and co-defining a more powerful strategic course. ⚙️ OPERATIONAL WATCHMAKER (Operations Mgr | Process Excellence) I analyze your system (P&L, relationships, field reality), align stakeholders, and grease the wheels. The goal? A seamless organization with reliable KPIs, ensuring your strategy deploys without friction. 🚀 DIGITAL ORCHESTRATOR (Product Manager | Transformation Lead) An innovation advocate, I act as the agile interface between tech and the user. My role? Solution Architect. My cross-functional insight keeps the human element at the heart of systems, creating fluid journeys and revealing true value-add. 🎨 EXPERIENCE ARTISAN (Service Design | Prototyping | Execution) Inspired by creative advertising, live performance, and high-end hospitality, I bring your unique projects to life. From concept—web or field—to rollout, I pilot the project (digital, scenography, circuits, products, layouts) with an aesthetic eye and a producer’s discipline. 🌿 TRANSFORMATION GUIDE (Nature | Territories) From lagoons to mountains, nature’s intelligence is a blueprint for efficiency and innovation. Creating value while preserving the future? That is a challenge of both creativity and performance. My goal: leading this transformation (cooperation, recycling, adaptation) by blending ethics, science, and progress. OUR COLLABORATION A partnership built on trust, maturity, and a leadership style that blends high standards with genuine care. Where beauty, audacity, and long-term vision are the pillars. >> Shall we talk?

Martinique, FWI
► CHALLENGE & CONTEXT Publicara held a leadership position in Martinique’s highly competitive advertising market. I served as the operational pivot between advertisers (local, national, and international) and the agency’s creative team. ► KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT -- PORTFOLIO LEADERSHIP: Managed 15 clients and 20 brands, including International (Exxon, Coca-Cola), French (Citroën), and local (Caribbean Express) accounts. -- PROJECT LIFECYCLE: Handled everything from initial client briefs to developing copy strategies (in tandem with management) and presenting creative concepts for final approval. • PRODUCTION & CREATIVE SUPERVISION -- MULTIMEDIA COORDINATION: Managed media planning and the full production chain (TV, Radio, Print, Billboards & Outdoor Advertising). -- PRODUCTION INTERFACE: Acted as the bridge between vendors and the studio (storyboards, casting, photo shoots, image selection, and film engraving). -- TECHNICAL PUBLISHING MASTERY: Proficient in layout (QuarkXPress), prototyping, and pre-press technical standards. • INTERNATIONAL NETWORK SYNERGY -- NETWORK COLLABORATION: Worked within the Euro-RSCG and McCann Erickson global networks. -- REGIONAL DEPLOYMENT: Regular cooperation with the Puerto Rico agency for regional campaign rollouts. ► TAKEAWAY A foundational experience where I mastered the rigor of the production chain and the fulfillment of the creative process. It forged professional bonds and friendships that have lasted over 20 years.
