Senior Product Manager of SIM (Stock Information Management) and SAM (Stock Accounting Machine) My missions: • Led two distinct product teams managing SIM and SAM, two strategic products. Delivered a highly complex and compliant stock valuation project with numerous system dependencies and very tight deadlines. • Defined KPIs, Key Results and OKRs for each team to maximize business value and performance. For SIM: prioritized and drove major improvements in stock data quality and reliability (data analysis: ~178M stock movements per year). For SAM: automated and secured stock valuation and accounting flows, ensuring compliance, traceability, and accurate financial reporting. • Supported and coordinated internal and external audits (including KPMG). • Oversaw the export of accounting entries to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. • Shaped and prioritized product roadmaps, present updates to the monthly steering committee.

Proxy Product Owner (Stock Information Management) My missions: • Followed cross-functional projects, driving alignment and successful delivery.
