► Environnement technique • Java 17 • gRPC, Protocol Buffers • Maven • JUnit 5, AssertJ, Mockito • Docker • GitHub & GitHub Actions ► Liens • https://github.com/aneoconsulting/ArmoniK.Extensions.Java • https://www.aneo.eu/armonik

I work at BNP Paribas – Securities Services, as part of a multidisciplinary team of Agile, Craft, and DevOps coaches responsible for supporting the Agile transformation. My role is to assist development teams in adopting modern practices: code quality (Clean Code, TDD), continuous integration and delivery, modular architecture, technical collaboration (pair/mob programming, code reviews), and continuous improvement.

As part of a partnership between the French and Indonesian governments, I collaborated with Thales Digital Factory to support an Indonesian company in its transition to a Digital Factory organization. As a Craftsmanship/DevOps Coach, I joined a multidisciplinary coaching team. My role was to ensure the team’s technical upskilling and implement best development practices within an initial squad of four developers, with the goal of turning it into a reference team for future squads in the Digital Factory. The main challenge was the team’s limited knowledge of structured programming languages, development best practices, and continuous integration and deployment processes. To address this, I designed and conducted an intensive 7-month training program that equipped the team with the foundational skills needed to develop an ambitious MVP over six sprints. ► Training and Technical Upskilling • Object-oriented programming with Java • Adoption of development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, TDD) • Mastery of the Spring ecosystem • Architecture design (Microservices, Hexagonal, Onion, Clean Architecture) • REST API design • Technical collaboration: Pair programming, Mob Programming, Code Review • Source control management with Git • Creation and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD • Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes • Infrastructure as Code ► MVP Coaching The team developed an MVP in six sprints aimed at facilitating emergency response coordination during natural disasters by managing drone pilots tasked with capturing images of affected areas. Initially, I took on the role of Lead Tech to establish solid foundations, then gradually handed over full autonomy to the team while remaining available for mentorship and strategic guidance.

Flowie offers a unified platform for finance teams to synchronize the processes of accounting, finance and operational teams and break barriers with suppliers and customers Flowie called on BlitzCraft with the aim of building a functional and technical base of its IS sufficiently solid to ensure easy scalability (because in a start-up, functionalities evolve every day) while maintaining quality. We worked as a pair and were responsible for everything related to technology. To achieve our goal, we had to be a developer, DevOps, functional architect and Cloud architect at the same time. Our main responsibilities were: - Implement the backend part for the MVP and beyond. - Design the solution from both a functional and infrastructure perspective. We proposed and implemented: CQRS + Event Sourcing for most of the application, all deployed on GCP (k8s + Terraform). - We were the mentors of two interns, supporting them on numerous technical and methodological subjects. ► Technical environment: ﹘Kotlin 1.7 ﹘Spring Boot ﹘Axon Framework ﹘MongoDB ﹘Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ﹘Terraform ﹘Gitlab
