• Budget Process and Procedure Ownership: Design and launch effective budget models for departments and the entire company. • Budget Analysis & ECF Programs Support: Manage, examine and regrant budget processes of ECF projects and programs, by dealing with different stakeholders’ expectations. • Funding Monitoring & Reporting: Supervision and control of the overall funding by developing quality data metrics and ensuring that project data output and reporting needs are met. • Budget Allocation & Proposals Management: Allocate budget to different cost centres and create or review funder’s proposals, aligning them with the overall ECF budget. • Prepare Templates for Administration Budget Holders: Design, adjust and present budget templates and manage the communication with the parties involved. • Budgeting Tools Management: Responsible for budgeting, planning and keeping track of flexibility funds in our platforms (Microsoft Power BI, Excel, or Adaptive). • Budget Process Coordination: Coordinate communication programmes and platforms with Management. Provide operational follow-ups of the budget process. • Budget Communication: Keep track and communicate on a regular basis with the CFO on future forecasted budget needs, by using the relative budgeting tools. • Financial Analysis & Accounting: Manage financial information of the budget processes and use accounting records to analysing trends and reporting to the Finance Controller for bookkeeping purposes. • Financial Proposal: ensure that Management Control unit is involved in the development of budget proposals and check with Finance Grant Management unit that the budget are made in a way that will make the reporting possible.

 Work on ad hoc projects: new product development, business development, internal project such as integration of new businesses/brands, reinforcing internal procedure  Responsible for the consolidation and the uniformization of reporting and presentation of Food and Beverages figures, contact person for West Europe region ad-hoc requests  Performs detailed analysis and comments on the monthly closing data and explains differences versus AOP/Forecasts in the Periodic Business Reviews  Develops the Annual Operational Plan (AOP), Divisional Business Reviews and Forecasts for the Beverages business (Juices & CSD)  Foster Zero Surprise Planning and secure the integrity of the Profit and Loss Statement by managing pro-actively, timely and properly budgets, risks and opportunities, freezes and overspends for following businesses: Tropicana, Looza, Alvalle & Export business, Pepsi & 7UP  Provides Finance support through Market Units matrix meetings across all categories to Sales, Marketing & Category teams  Responsible for the Revenue Management and Margin Consolidation  Optimize tools such as FRS, Sales View Cube (COGNOS), HFM, create Excel report with basic macro's for analysis.
