For various projects, including a Compliance tool upgrade, AML/KYC: • Ensure the monitoring of the Deliverables and systematic communications on the advances, risks, problems throughout the Project • Write Functional and Technical Specifications • Coordinate with Development Teams and take charge of development to accelerate delivery • Coordinate with providers • Formalize peer reviews of developments • Run the Tests and coordination with the businesses for their validations; • Functional testing of the developments (using HP QC) • Review and validation of the technical analysis from the development teams

In the context of a major architecture transformation project : • Identification and listing of existing softwares using archimate@ (resulting in costs reduction through software rationalization and shadow IT remediation) • Identification and mapping of the existing business capabilities ▪ Documenting and maintaining the architecture depository • Liaise with the relevant experts from business, IT, senior management and external providers, • Define and get validation for the architecture solutions • Identify, document and define opportunities, resulting in architecture solutions for various other deliverables, including DevOps tool selection, Data Lake implementation, RPAs, APIs, streamin • Developments and implementation follow up as per the ADM (TOGAF@) • Document and maintain the architecture principles, norms and governance for Luxembourg • Participation in Design Boards, Steering Committees, Architecture Review Boards

In the context of a software rationalization project, as an IT business analyst: ▪Liaising with the business, the development and architecture teams to define the technical solutions ▪Writing of FRDs or technical specifications based on BRDs ▪Subsequent functional testing of the developments (using HP QC) ▪Review and validation of the technical analysis from the development teams
