Used Windsurf and Cursor to automate performance review analysis and guidance. Strategic Consulting (AI Strategy & Prototyping) Stealth AI Startup (Under NDA): Acted as the sole Product Builder for a tourism operator, architecting and coding internal prototypes focused on operational efficiency. Vinnies Australia: Created an AI-driven e-commerce tag generator using image analysis to automatically categorize product photos and generate SEO-optimized tags for a massive Shopify catalog. Airbus Helicopters (via Sopra Steria): Architected an enterprise PostHog tracking framework and custom event taxonomy across customer applications, establishing SSO identity resolution to map user flows across decoupled frontends.

Exploratory project initiated at a hackathon to improve employee onboarding through AI. Designed a proof of concept with Google Gemini, tested with HR professionals and managers. Conducted user interviews to validate the product approach. Delivered demos and iterated based on feedback.

AI-powered market research startup. First PM hired, responsible for roadmap and prioritization (RICE method). Coordinated a distributed team of 25 people. Optimized research and sampling processes, reducing delivery time and costs while maintaining data quality. Contributed to the design of a SaaS pricing model based on competitive analysis and perceived value.

B2C AI-powered recommendation startup, evolved from Flimo (streaming guide). Launched a mobile app with strong international traction.
