The business unit supports its clients on their digital transformation. It delivers services of document digitization: scanning, OCR, indexing, Document Management Systems and sometimes BPO. Those activities are supported by IT tools that are implemented by the team that I manage (20 persons, architects, project managers, developers. France, UK, Germany, Romania). MARKET SHARE GROWTH : 2 major contracts for new clients won one of them being on an international scope. IT TOOLS STANDARDIZATION : deployment of a new platform so as to rationalize service delivery operations. PROJECT METHODOLOGY : definition and implementation of new project processes adapted to the business specificities.

I lead innovation projects that sustain the digitization services business in Europe. WORKFLOW TOOL IMPROVEMENT : analysis and selection of workflow tools for document management. OCR improvement to increase operational productivity. RESILIENCE TESTING : validation of a DMS tool to support increased volumes.

Management from commercial offer and business award to development, industrialization and start of production of a complete seat system for Toyota. The responsibilities covered design and development, industrialization, quality, finance, sales and contract management. 500 specific tools, 5 production sites, 2 development centers and 1 liaison office in Japan. 200 persons worked on the project. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: the deal was won after the offer I built was negotiated with the client PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND INDUSTRIALISATION : definition, test and industrialization of components and assembly processes for a complete seat. Change requests were negotiated in parallel. START OF PRODUCTION: support to production teams during the ramp up phase.
