Third party maintenance application as a Salesforce Administrator for a global multi-specialist asset management firm. My client tool was a custom tool for the management of their ProxyVoting and Engagement activities. About 15 regular users, daily integration with multiple system and many complex automation to maintain and monitor. Included : end user support, defect analysis/fix, requirement gathering for new business needs, implementation of complex triggered/screenflow and simple Apex algorithm.

Development from scratch of an internal custom tool on Salesforce with extensive customization for a player in the French Energy Market for the management of their Energy Saving Certificate Business. Included : Tool configuration, implementation of complex auto-launch/triggered/screenflow, writing of user acceptance criterias, users tests monitoring, defect/evolution analysis, change management, end user support.

Migration of one of Magellan Partners' division from a different CRM system to Salesforce, including the migration of key objects such as Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Product, and Lead, and accommodating approximately 90 users. Included : Requirement gathering through workshop, writing and management of US, defect/evolution analysis, tool configuration, implementation of complex triggered/screenflow, datamapping/transformation definition, impact analysis, change management

Third party maintenance application as a Salesforce Administrator for a major French private healthcare provider. My client tool was mostly using Email-to-case and automation around it. There was an Internal Salesforce Administrator already and I was supporting him as he was not a Salesforce expert for defect analysis and new configuration to implement. There was also a little project during the TMA with extensive customization for the internal management of their provider and a portal for their provider.

Rework of the KYC process of my client tool which was implemented on Salesforce. Included : Tool configuration, implementation of triggered/screeflow, datamigration from old object/field to new one including impact analysis, defect/evolution analysis.

Within the IT Service department, entrust with a new position at a program level that is responsible for the quality of delivery (Project and run) of the company. Controlling that the business needs are aligned with the IT roadmap strategy of the group, controlling the risk of major project (Budget risk, technical risk, ressources…) controlling the quality of the already deployed services (If bug resolution are respecting SLAs for instance...). Entrust with the creation of new organizational process (Creation of new committee for instance).

Project in simili-agile method to integrate an information system to manage warranty for second-hand car. Team lead for the scope ETL/Reporting. Requirement gathering through client meeting, creation of user stories cards in Excel and JIRA (Reporting mock-up), steering and monitoring of development with a team of 6 developpers, topics priorisation, defects analysis, synchronisation with others stream lead to coordinate transversal development. Tests cases scenario redaction. Making estimate for new evolution requirement and change request.

Project in Agile method to integrate a post trading information system. Requirement gathering with the PO trough meeting and workshop, analysis of legacy systems, user stories redaction on JIRA, steering and monitoring of development with a team of 2 developpers, reconciliation tools configuration

Projet in V model to integrate a leasing information system, during the framing phase. Requirement gathering through workshop with business and technical teams, analysis of legacy systems, functional specificity redactions on Word (Sequence diagram, Data mapping, definition…), «Decision file » redaction (Powerpoint presenting integration scenarios with recommandations.)
