As part of a team of 7 people, I joined Renault Group's Purchasing IT Department to assist with the deployment of the Click2Buy e-purchasing tool. My daily tasks are as follows: - Daily support for users (buyers, internal customers, management controllers), analyzing incidents and setting up support plans for end-users, providing personalized support whenever necessary, on issues relating to the management of purchase requests, sourcing, orders, receipts, contracts and suppliers - Daily requirements gathering workshops: identification of bugs and feedback on requests for change - Twice-weekly Q&A sessions for buyers or internal customers - Daily and weekly reporting - Occasional assistance to certain suppliers to unlock their access to Click2Buy

As part of a 3-person team, I joined Veolia's IT&T Purchasing Department to assist the domain manager on the run and part of the projects, in a context of version upgrade and reorganization of responsibilities between Purchasing and IT, my daily missions were as follows: - Level 1 support and management of user accounts on Save (Ivalua) or Optima (Greenflex), processing of tickets on ServiceNow - Review and update Savings validators (action plans) on Save in anticipation of quarterly closings - Follow-up of DLAs (Design Legal Agreements, legal forms for possible pre-commitment of purchases): registration of forms and assistance to editors for timely completion - Coordination of participants and supervision of several internal projects assisted by the Purchasing IT Department

In a team of 3 people, I joined the D@Cshop team in Dalkia's DSIN, part of the Purchasing and General Secretariat area. D@Cshop is Dalkia's Ivalua tool for recording and managing suppliers, contracts, purchase requests, purchase orders, receipts and invoices. Dealing on a daily basis with users, the product owner, business representatives, the Oracle team and the TMA team, my daily missions were as follows: - Daily monitoring and control of interfaces from D@Cshop to Oracle and from Oracle to D@Cshop (with daily reports and data corrections) - Handling tickets on ServiceNow: directly or after user contact, resolution or redirection to other teams - Daily administration (access and authorization management) and project management support (creation and tracking of project tickets in Jira, validation of delivery tests) - Various team support activities: preparation of internal and external audit responses, platform performance monitoring and monthly reporting

In a team of about twenty people (Application Support division of the Organisation Department), I am specifically involved, in tandem with my colleague, two developers and the product owner, in the support of the DRI application (Claim and Collection): Daily missions: ▪ Registration and follow-up of reported technical and functional incidents (on JIRA software): ▪ Tests achievement for partial handling of non-regression tests on application version upgrades ▪ Daily checks on the correct transmission of mails and reprocessing of the rejected ones ▪ Interface control: monitoring of schedules, follow-up of interfaces + Additional support on Oracle International software: monitoring of a monthly scheduled set of actions to be carried out to ensure the proper closing of the accounts
