Responsable du département et de la stratégie DATA du groupe Effectif : 60 collaborateurs, dont 6 managers Résultats : +1M€ d'économies annuelle sur les frais de fonctionnement, amélioration contribution business via la topline, plateforme technologique à l'état de l'art Principales réalisations 1. Pilotage du projet de personnalisation client du groupe • Coordination stratégique entre les départements Marketing, Data et Tech, impliquant 30 collaborateurs. • Projet sponsorisé directement par le PDG, visant à améliorer l’expérience client grâce à l’exploitation des données et de l’intelligence artificielle. 2. Conception et déploiement de la stratégie de modernisation des données • Migration vers le cloud : refonte de l’écosystème data pour améliorer la scalabilité et la performance. • Unification de la stack technologique : mise en place d’une infrastructure moderne et centralisée. • Création et structuration d’une équipe de gestion des données maîtres (15 collaborateurs), garantissant la fiabilité et l’exploitation des données critiques. 3. Gouvernance et nouvelles méthodes de travail • Développement d’un modèle opérationnel inspiré du Data Mesh, favorisant l’agilité et une approche orientée produit de données. • Mise en place d’une culture axée sur la collaboration interdisciplinaire et la responsabilisation des équipes pour maximiser la valeur des données.
